Close your eyes. Inhale deeply and count to 4 slowly and exhale. Releasing the air from your lungs and relaxing your shoulders- repeat this for one minute.

I’ve been using The Motivational Planner for a week now and I was very pleasantly surprised! I did not expect it to have so many motivational features such as the mindfulness score which allows you to compare your mindfulness throughout the days. Another feature I liked very much was that the dates are not filled in for you! You fill in the dates yourself, I really like that because planners normally make me feel like it’s mandatory to fill in the pages on the dates the have put in whilst during these COVID-19 times I do not have things to do every single day. I would highly recommend this!!
